  3. Select Billing/Refund as your issue type.
  4. Provide your order ID and payment details.
  5. Submit and wait for confirmation via email.

For iOS (App Store) purchases

  1. Open the Apple App Store.
  2. Go to Report a Problem.
  3. Select your Big Fish purchase and choose Request a Refund.
  4. Follow Apple’s refund process.

For Android (Google Play) purchases

  1. Open the Google Play Store.
  2. Go to Order History.
  3. Select your Big Fish purchase.
  4. Tap Request a Refund and follow prompts.
